By opting into this program, the Seller(s) acknowledge that a partnership exists between ARES and TMC. One of TMC's requirements per the partnership agreement between ARES & TMC is that all buyers referred by TMC be represented by and work directly with an ARES licensee or agent. Additionally, the partnership requires that the ARES broker pay a referral commission back to TMC. Therefore, any buyer leads resulting from this advertising will be handled by an ARES licensee and any sale which is a direct result of one of these leads would entitle the ARES agent representing the TMC referred buyer to earn the offered co-brokerage commission of ( 2.5% ), not to exceed 4%.
