Agent Activate®

In keeping with the concept of flat fee, there is only commission paid when using our Agent Activate® showing service. The buyer's agent commission will be earned by your local licensed Agent Activate® “Agent” or another outside buyer's agent.

By turning Agent Activate® “on”, all un-represented buyers will be handled by our licensed professional and if successful, our agent earns 3%. It works well for you because our agent will screen buyers, write the offer and close the deal.

ADDvantage Plus™

ADDvantage Plus™ is the best flat fee listing possible because “Plus” listings look and act like a full-service listing. This way, Realtors® speak only with ADDvantage® the entire way through the scheduling and offer process. ADDvantage Plus™ works perfectly to get more Realtors® showings because they can't shun or penalize a flat fee seller because Agent Assure® gives you complete privacy and a ADDvantage Plus™ listings are inputted into the MLS as Exclusive Right of Sale Listings*, the same as full-service…not as “Exclusive Agency” (Realtors® can see this distinction in the MLS). As well, some Realtors® don't particularly care to work directly with sellers.

ADDvantage Plus™ does it all - Metal Sign with our number, Agent Assure®, Street Smart ADDvantage® Realtor® eblast and our contract-to-close full contract support.

Agent Assure® is our concierge phone support that turns your current listing into semi-full service listing so Realtors® don't call you until there is an offer. This adds “privacy” to your flat fee listing by eliminating the need to inform Realtors® when they call for showing instruction that you are self-represented-call the seller.”

Our professional staff will answer all calls in your behalf from 8:00am to 8:00pm 7 days a week and call you to confirm appointments with Realtors® or un-represented buyers. You'll receive an email confirmation as back-up. You never engage Realtors® until it is time to negotiate (unless you are a Plus client then it is all ADDvantage®).
