We offer two ways to list properties with us. Either flat fee with no-representation or flat fee full-service which we call Professional ADDvantage™.
With a Professional ADDvantage™ listing, Keith Gordon will negotiate and close your REO properties and document all activity using our GetMoreOffers.com's advanced paperless “offer system”. Our system is set up to handle multiple MLS listings within one account. Your REO listings can be sorted by zip code, county, city or other criteria, making edits fast and simple. Edits to your MLS listings such as price or commission changes are free and unlimited. Changes made to a MLS listing are done promptly and email confirmations are sent to you on every change.
If you are a United States Realtor and have a need to list a REO property in an MLS board that you are not a member of, then use one of “self-representation” plans: MLS ONLY or MLS ADDvantage®. This type of MLS listing gets inputted as limited service and you would represent the deal yourself. You maintain 100% control through our easy to use seller control panel and all leads are emailed to you in real-time.
The cost to list your REO properties in the MLS are low through Professional ADDvantage™. Simply choose what commission to offer buyer's agents (2-4%, usually 3%) and we charge 0.75% at close ($1,500 min) as a “listing commission”.
