• If a short sale, I will determine whether the listing price is bank approved. 99% of all short sales listed prices are not bank approved but are arbitrarily set by the listing agent and may have no relevance to what the bank will accept.
• If a short sale, I will determine what I believe is true BPO (Brokers Price Opinion) which is the price that the lender will most likely accept as an offer. Offering lower than BPO is usually a waste of time.
