Home Warranties

You may offer a home warranty on your home or condo and advertise such warranty in the MLS. Statistics suggest that buyers make higher offers and homes sell faster when a home warranty is included.

The home warranty is offered through Old Republic. The premium in Option A and B (below) will be paid at closing by Seller. If the home does not close, no premium is due. Option C provides “seller” immediate warranty coverage which is then transferred to buyer at closing. If you choose option C, the additional $60 “seller premium” is due at closing, or at the end of one year or upon termination of listing, which occurs first.

Option A - Standard Coverage for Homes: see sample confirmation
    $445 Premium/$60 trade call fee
    $425 Premium/$75 trade call fee
    $405 Premium/$100 trade call fee

Option B - Standard Coverage for Condo/Villa/Townhome:
    $425 Premium/$60 trade call fee
    $405 Premium/$75 trade call fee
    $385 Premium/$100 trade call fee

Option C - Coverage for Home Seller - add $60 see sample confirmation
    coverage starts immediately (during listing period) not to exceed one year…the $60 additional premium is due at closing, at the end of one year or upon termination of listing
