ADDVANTAGE evolved from our own personal experiences in the real estate market and what we learned from other consumers whose needs were not being met both in the full-service and the discount real estate realms. We found that there was a critical need for tailor-made MLS flat fee based real estate services that are straightforward, fairly priced, effective and individualized. All sellers are different and have different levels of needs. We felt that everyone should not be forced into one box. We saw the need for a menu of services that would cater to all individuals and their individual needs. Hence, ADDvantage Real Estate Network was born.

As consumers ourselves, we felt turned off by the limited options available to Sellers in Florida: "Higher commissioned full-service" options took away a sense of control over the sale. "For Sale By Owner" options did not adequately address the business end of the transaction. "Discounted real estate commission" options often didn't live up to their promised service. Like a malfunctioning soda machine, sellers were often left dry…out of pocket and without the MLS listing they were promised.

Many consumers said that they lacked faith and trust in Real Estate Agents in general. Unless they knew a Realtor® personally, they felt a certain amount of doubt about whether their Realtor® was putting their (the client's) best interest first. We wanted to eliminate that doubt, by providing discount MLS listing options that are standardized with listing management software that would make it possible for brokers to efficiently maintain the listings and listing changes. We felt that brokers should commit to a certain level of excellence including answering the phone-even on weekends and after 5pm. Thus all ADDvantage real estate network brokers offer LIVE AGENT SUPPORT every day of the week from 8AM-8PM to assist clients whenever they have questions or issues that require our professional guidance.
