Approved Condo, Co-ops, PUDs Final Project Acceptance for Fannie Mae
Fannie Mae has reviewed the condominiums, cooperatives (co-ops), and Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) for Florida, other states, the District of Columbia, and the Virgin Islands and has determined that these projects have met Fannie Mae Project Standards for final project acceptance as outlined in the Fannie Mae Selling Guide. These lists include eligibility determinations for projects submitted to the Project Eligibility Review Service (PERS).
