This guide will walk you through signing up for a
GetMoreOffers® flat fee MLS listing. Here's a simplified breakdown:
1. Choose Your Program:
- Browse
our programs at link to programs page and choose the one that best
suits your needs.
- Click
"Get Started" to proceed.
2. Create Your Account:
- Set
up your username, password, name, address, and contact information.
3. Select Additional Services (Optional):
- Enhance
your listing with a lockbox, virtual tour, yard signs, and more (all
optional).
4. Enter Your Property Details:
- Provide
details like year built, square footage, features, and a description. Save
your progress and come back anytime.
- All
required fields are marked with a red asterisk and label.
5. Review and Sign the Agreement:
- Our
agreement outlines the program details, cancellation options, lockbox
usage, and MLS requirements.
- You
can e-sign or print and fax the agreement. It's also stored in your
account for reference.
6. Upload Photos (Optional):
- Add
high-quality photos to showcase your property. At least one exterior front
photo is required.
- For
condos: building exterior photo.
- For
vacant land: land photo, rendering or aerial shot.
- Waterfront
views are great additions but not considered the main exterior photo. If
you choose to add a waterfront photo as the first photo, the second photo
must be the exterior front photo.
Once Completed:
- You'll
receive an email confirmation when your listing is active in the MLS. This
email allows you to verify the information for accuracy.
FAQs:
- Resume
Your Listing Later: No problem! The system will recognize you upon
returning. Your saved progress will be available.
- Schedule
Your MLS Listing Date: You can choose your preferred listing start date
within the property data form.
- Automatic
MLS Entry: Once you complete all steps, your listing is automatically
queued for MLS entry.
- Active
Listing Notification: Get notified when your listing is live on the MLS,
with the option to verify data accuracy.
- Free
Edits (Limited): You get one free round of edits to your listing every 30
days (excluding price and commission changes).
- Manage
Your Listing: Easily edit your listing details anytime by logging into
your account.
Important Seller Forms & Disclosures:
These forms are available in the "Forms" section
and your seller control panel:
- Seller's
Disclosure (Required): A 4-page document detailing your property's
condition. Print, complete, sign, and scan/fax it or use PDF editing
software.
- HOA
Disclosure (Required, if applicable): A 1-page document outlining HOA
fees. Print, complete, sign and scan/fax it or use PDF editing software.
- Flood
Disclosure (Required in Florida): A 1-page document required as of October
1st, 2024. Print, complete, sign and scan/fax it or use PDF editing
software.
- Lead
Paint Disclosure (Required for pre-1978 properties): A 1-page document.
Print, complete, sign and scan/fax it or use PDF editing software. The
broker will need to sign and initial this form.
