Great way to sell your house. I figured why pay the listing agent 3% when I could pay the selling agent 5% and still save 1% of the selling price. It worked out great. The people at ADDvantage answered real estate questions when I was in doubt. One person even suggested a counter offer strategy that I ended up using to close the sale. Great Service and I will definitely use them in the future.

Get listed on the MLS, control your commission to the selling agent, still be able to sell by owner and possibly pay no commission; definitely save 2-3% comission from the listing agent that usually doesn't even sell your home, but pockets your comission. Addvantage is a real money saver, and gives plenty of seller flexibility.

The Addvantage service is great. You have full control of your price, you get a record of every lead online, and you can change your status and pricing online. By far the best online experience from this flat-service brokers and I have used many of them. But the best thing is their customer support. They provide really good advice, are very knowledgeable and helpful, and go above and beyond to help you. Will continue using this service.

I am very satisfied with the service we got from Addvantage. We put our property on the market in Jacksonville with a 4% commission for the Buyer's agent and the listing was quickly on the MLS and other sites. We got several calls within the first few days and had a contract on our house on the 5th day on the market. When we ran into some negotiation problems, I called for help and we got it the same day and the problem was solved. We used Addvantage Plus and it was well worth it for the support and expertice. We initially listed our home with another on-line listing service and were immediately disappointed with their errors and routine failure to communicate. After that bad experience, we hired a Realtor® with a national firm. She was very professional and did her best, but the activity was the same as we experienced with the listing service - lots of lookers, but no offers.

In an effort to gain larger exposure for a property I wanted to sell, I decided to list it in the MLS as a flat fee listing. I did my homework and selected ADDvantage as the best flat fee MLS company in Tampa Bay Florida. They offered a diverse range of services, reasonable fees and greater value for my money.
