It was sold to us in 11/2017 where we lived in it to experience Disney annual passes and then we moved back to Fort Myers. We did have buyers who put a large down payment deposit and had about $100k in the bank, but they had family problems and backed out of the sale. We had multiple offers at the time and this one worked out for us to get moved quickly. The pool filter cartridge was just replaced new as well as the pump basket. We have a warranty on the pool pump and A/C until June 2020. Everything works perfectly, except I know the irrigation system has a sprinkler that needs to be replaced, but we have never used the irrigation system because of the type of landscaping it is not needed, so we just have not bothered.
