No. Flat fee MLS services vary. Some don't answer their phone and could care less about forwarding buyer leads to the seller. Some don't put your flat fee MLS listing into the MLS themselves, they partner with a third-party broker in the state where you live and have that company input and maintain the flat fee MLS listing. The danger is the third party discount real estate broker might be just too busy to care about your listing or they may not have the tools (software) available to you to make changes. This could easily turn into a flat fee MLS nightmare. Solution: Research before you flat fee MLS list your home.
