A Realtor told me that if I list flat fee in the MLS, other full-service Realtors wouldn't show my property. Is this true?

No, but this is a hot topic among flat fee MLS listed sellers. Most Realtors® do not even know what flat fee listings are and some see no difference between full-service listings and those that are “limited service/flat fee”. Although, if you interviewed 100 agents in the Triangle area, maybe 10 would say something negative about flat fee MLS listings. However, even those that have a somewhat negative perspective still show flat fee listed homes as long as there is an offered co-broke of around 3%. ADDvantage has no unhappy sellers and treats all Realtors® with the utmost respect and assistance when calling for in for showing instructions.
