How long will it take for my listing to post to the MLS and Realtor.com?

Listings are usually entered the same day or the following day after they are completed on our site, depending on what time they are received. You may upload 100 photos to our site. All 100 go to the MLS, & Homes.com. The amount of pix on Realtor.com depends on whether you choose to upgrade to the Showcase feature. The basic Realtor.com listing includes 4 pictures. The Showcase will allow up to 100 photos, plus it comes with a 2400 character property description and yellow banner with headline & scrolling text. We charge an additional Not Available for the Showcase if added on to our basic (Program not currently available) program or it comes free with our other 2 programs.

Buyers will be able to view the listing right away on our website and typically within 48 business hours from when it is active on the MLS it will show up on sites that pull data from the MLS. (example: Realtor.com and other 3^rd party “MLS listing” sites.) While the MLS is active or “live” the moment we submit the listing, the other sites only populate this data on a cycle that happens every so many hours so that is why it is not instantaneous. We do also have RSS data feeds that we submit data through on a daily basis for many other real estate portals such as Trulia, Zillow, etc.
