1) Getting homes sold starts with answering the phone. How many times have you called an agent and gotten their voicemail? The ADDvantage network is available LIVE, 9:00am - 6:00pm, 7 days a week. It requires much more effort than most companies or even individual Realtors® are willing to commit to, but we believe answered calls equals more showings and more showings equals more sales.

2) Sellers are in control of pricing their homes. While ADDvantage brokers do offer CMAs (Comparable Market Analysis) for $50 to assist the seller in establishing a listing price, it is 100% up to the seller to make the decision to adjust their list price as needed to get the attention of Realtors® and buyers. Full service agents have a built-in adversarial relationship with sellers because the listing agent has usually over-promised and has not delivered and must therefore pressure sellers to drop price.

ADDvantage brokers are in charge of marketing, advice, answering the phone and client support. Our sellers control their own listings and therefore have an active role in making price adjustments based on feedback they receive from the marketplace.
