Flat Fee MLS Listing companies should answer the phone

Most flat fee companies put callers into a queue. ADDvantage phone lines are answered live 9:00am – 6:00pm. One lost buyer lead might be the one that got away! Once an ADDvantage representative speaks with a Realtor® or non-represented buyer, answers all questions and supplies caller with seller's contract information, that information is promptly emailed to seller. Seems simple enough, answer the phone. In the world of sales, especially real estate sales, buyers and Realtors® want what they want when they want it.
