Agent Activate® gives you another level of service

Unavailable to show your home?

• Our agents will back you up by showing your home to a non-represented buyer if you are unavailable to show the property yourself.
• The Agent Activate® program in essence acts like any other Realtor, except we are on call to show your property and represent you.
• Our agent or affiliates will earn whatever co-broke commission you are offering if successful in selling your home.
• You must offer a co-broke commission of at least 3% to use the Agent Activate® program.
• Simply contact our office & one of our agents will meet your prospective buyer. * 2 hour notice required in most cases.

Going on Vacation?

• Don't miss the opportunity to sell your property
• Just make arrangements with us before you leave and we'll take care of any buyer leads

To use Agent Activate®:

• You must offer a 3% or higher co-broke commission.
• You must have a lockbox on your property with the code stored in our system.
• Once you have added a property into our system, select Agent Activate® from the My Account area.
• While Agent Activate® is turned on, ADDvantage holds the right to any buyer leads and will compete for the offered co-broke commission.
