MLS activation within 3 hours if received by 3:00 pm Monday-Friday.*

The following conditions must be met in order for the listing to be inputted into the MLS:

1. All required fields must be completed on the listing data form.
2. The listing agreement must be completed (if not submitted online, we must receive a signed copy via fax or mail.)
3. One (1) exterior property photo must be uploaded into your account.
   *If you are ordering a virtual tour, the listing will be inputted when we receive the tour from the photographer (typically the same day as the photo shoot occurs).
4. Payment must be received.

In some rare cases, listing data entered may be inaccurate or we may need additional info. This can slow the listing process. We promise to make every effort to research, troubleshoot, and resolve these issues to the best of our ability. While speed is a priority, the accuracy of your listing takes precedent.

*If listing info is received after 3:00pm Mon-Friday, your listing will be entered by the following business day in order of receipt. Listings submitted after 3pm on Friday or on weekends will be inputted by the following Monday. National holidays are considered like weekend days.
