Pinellas Point is nestled along Tampa Bay on the south end of St. Pete, Florida. The "Pink Streets," as Pinellas Point is often referred to, offers one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area. The historic Pink Streets are filled with waterfront homes, bay front parks, quiet streets and close to 275. "The Pink Streets" acquired its unique name because of its pink-tinted winding paths.

Pinellas Point has spectacular waterfront homes with views of the Skyway Bridge Tampa Bay and Skyway Bridge. Directions to the Pink Streets is 54 Ave South and then east on Pinellas Point Dr. Streets with names such as Serpentine Drive, Pinellas Point Dr, Williams Drive South, Coral Way South, MKL Street and Friendly Way South.

Pinellas Point is close to Eckerd College, University of South Florida Bayboro Campas, St. Petersburg College and 275 Interstate to Tampa or Sarasota. Downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach are just 10 minutes travel time. Ft. DeSoto Park is 20 away via the Pinellas Bayway.

Pinellas Point Recreation Center offers a pool, tennis court and circuit- training path. Roller-bladers and bicyclists love The Pink Streets.

Boaters have dry storage at the base of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and a neighborhood boat ramp. Greater Pinellas Point offers one of the largest areas of undeveloped waterfront areas in St. Petersburg. This natural large open area attracts sea skimmers, osprey, pelicans, sandpipers, hawks, herons, ibis, hawks and owls.

To the north of Pinellas Point are several distinctive neighborhoods were you will find homes built in the 1950s and 1960s on oversized lots.

Before the Sunshine Skyway was built in 1955, a ferry was the only connection between Pinellas and Manatee Counties.
