About Bellevista Beach
The City of St. Pete Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. The town of Pass-a-Grill anchors St. Pete Beach on the southern tip dotted with a few restaurants such as the Hurricane offering the best grouper sandwiches on St. Pete Beach. Pass-a-Grill Beach is a public beach which looks just like old Florida did 50 years ago. The Don CeSar Report, is one of St. Pete Beach's best hotels. The Don is a 4 star gulf front hotel featuring 277 luxurious rooms some facing the Gulf of Mexico and others facing the tranquil setting of Boca Ciega Bay. The TradeWinds Report is also a popular hotel on St. Pete Beach. Skidders Restaurant seems to be a local favorite.
On the north end of St Pete Beach is Blinds Pass which leads to Treasure Island. Gulf Boulevard is the main road running along the west coast of Florida. St. Pete Beach is home to 10,032 locals and remains a winter retreat for many Canadians, Newfoundlanders, Europeans and other winter weary northerners. Only 28% of residences on St. Pete Beach are homesteaded.
St. Pete is a beautiful West Coast of Florida place to raise a family and enjoy the best of Florida living. Of course the sunsets are spectacular anywhere on the West Coast of Florida and St. Pete Beach is no exception. St. Pete Beach has some of the most beautiful street names in Florida such as Pali, Leilani and Aloha keeping to the island living theme borrowed from our 50th state.
The public was always the main concern when the founders and public leaders made important decisions including the purchase of 5.5-acre park in the heart of St. Pete Beach right on Gulf Blvd. This park sports a 235-meter parking area, showers, restrooms facilities and three rustic boardwalks that blend in with the scenic sand dunes and protected sea oats that line the white beaches. The background is always the spectacular and endless view of the Gulf of Mexico.
St. Pete Beach, like many barrier island communities along the coast, protects the City of St. Petersburg from erosion. St. Pete Beach is one city among many smaller communities that comprise greater Tampa Bay. Going from south to north, the next beach is Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach and then Indian Rocks Beach. They all offer different settings and one thing in common is beautiful beaches and friendly people.
The city of St Pete Beach was incorporated in 1957 grouping together the smaller towns of Pass-a-Grille, Belle Vista, Don CeSar and other parts of unincorporated Pinellas County to become the City of St. Petersburg Beach. In a dramatic marketing decision made in the spring of 1994, the citizens voted to rename their cute city to St. Pete Beach. Some northern call the quaint city "St. Petes" but this name will remain just a nick name for the time being!
So whats fun to do while visiting St Pete Beach? Definitely take the short drive and visit Fort De Soto National Park. Take Gulf Blvd south to the Don SeCar, east 1 miles on the Pinellas Bayway Bridge and south to Tierra Verde. Keep going 3 miles and you'll run right into old Florida and experience forts built during the Spanish American War. Downtown St Pete is alive with restaurants, museums such as the Holocaust and Dali as well of the other historic and cultural places to visit. Tampa is just 30 minutes away, Tampa International Airport is 40 minutes, Clearwater is 40 minutes to the north and Sarasota/Bradenton is one skip over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Bring a dollar for the toll!
City Hall is located at 155 Corey Avenue St. Pete Beach, FL 33706 Phone: 727-367-2735.

Our agents pay attention to every detail about your important purchase. The type of contract that you use to make an offer is important. Our agents will advise you on whether an "As-Is" contract is better way to make an offer versus a contract with repair limits. There is a vast difference. For example, an "As-Is" contract allows a buyer to nullify the contract for any reason once inspected. Where a contract calls for repair limits of 1.5% of the sales price to discuss and negotiate inspection related "warranted" repair items. This type of contract is not as easy to escape. The term "warranted" opens the door for possible conversations that may not be in the best interest of a buyer. Your agent can best determine which type of contract best suits your needs.
Our number one priority is your purchase and getting the most for your money.
