Boot Ranch is a residential community in Palm Harbor, Florida. Boot Ranch Eagle Point and Boot Ranch Eagle West are comprised of Mediterranean-style single family homes and affordable townhomes. At one time, not too long ago, Boot Ranch was the largest private ranch in Pinellas County.

Now, Boot Ranch is fully developed with street names such as Lago Vista Blvd and Arabian Lane you will find your Florida dream home. John Chesnut Sr. State Park and Eastlake Woodlands Golf and County Club are just down the street.

Palm Harbor is a mainly residential community roughly 45 minutes away from Tampa and downtown St Petersburg. Palm Harbor was originally named Sutherland in 1888 after Southern Land and Development Company and then was changed in 1925. Geographically it is unique compared to most of Florida due to it's "hilly" nature, when most of Florida is known to be flat.
