ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS service reviewExtremely effective way to sell a home...Simple fact is that the buyer's agent got a commission of 3% and I used ADDvantage Plus ($799 and $799 at close)...I saved $6,600 over a traditional listing and the advice and contract work that ADDvantage provided was beyond approach...The deal fell out twice and ADDvantage brought it back to life and closed it. The level of service was exceptional. I have already referred a friend to ADDvantage. The friend that referred me sold as well. Kudos ADDvantage
