Feather Sound was developed by Fred Bullard in 1968 and the golf course opened a few years later. This popular 18-hole golf course is a par-72 and sits on the northeastern edge of Pinellas County. Tropical setting with mangroves, inlets and lakes makes Feather Sound Golf Course one of the most challenging in Tampa ay.
There are about 460 members of which about 200 are full golf members. Social membership fees are $2,000 one-time initiation fee and full memberships are $10,000 one-time initiation fee.
Member golfers pay monthly dues of $425, plus a minimum fee of $225 quarterly for food and beverage.
