I would use this medium to sell again! My listing was on MLS and within 4 hours of me signing up with the flat fee option. I listed on May 8, got a call from an unrepresented buyer that same day. She visited the property on May 9, and made a verbal offer. By May 11 we had an executed contract and closed on June 4.
