ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS service reviewSold house within about 4 months of putting on MLS BEST $$$ spent! Dont forget to pay the Buyer's broker well. I advertised 5% to get more action. You can alway negotiate down if offer comes in way too low as we did, and still pay the broker a decent fair fee. Hats off to ADDvantage! Good guys to deal with. frendly staff too!
