This is the way to sell your home, especially if you are comfortable w. negotiating and dealing w. real estate agents who do not have your best interest in mind. I found Keith Gordon to be a no nonsense guy who really knows the business. The staff is polite, friendly, professional, responsive, and efficient. Highly recommend! Why not save a bunch of $$$ if you can.

ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS service reviewI was extremely pleased with my experience selling through ADDvantage. They were there when I needed help, but most of all, their service allowed my to take control over the marketing of my home. After all, who knows my house and it’s attributes better than me? I launched an intense marketing campaign, something that would be impossible for an agent to do for every listing they had. And, it was only 56 days from the date I listed it until the day I was sitting at the closing table getting $1,000 over my asking price! This, in the worse housing market in recent history. After it was over, one of the top agents in town contacted me begging to know how I had done it!! I am a realtor in another state, so I do know a bit about real estate marketing and was very aggressive in my approach. But, I think anyone would be happy with ADDvantage as long as they want to take a proactive role in selling their home. I would highly recommend ADDvantage to anyone!
