The condos range in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms and 820 square feet to 3060 square feet. The Condo Association fees range from about $1,200 to $2,000 monthly.

Unfortunately, trials and tribulations are sometimes a part of the process of selling a house. I've dealt with many realtors over the years and Keith at Advantage was by far the most helpful and provided the most professional experience. Our situation was very unusual but from beginning to end, Keith was always there. Our home was a very high-end home and without mentioning any names, there are realtors in the Miami area that “specialize” in these types of sales. Without knowing better, one could get the impression that without hiring one of these “specialists”, selling a high-end home would be difficult. The fact is that prior to meeting Keith, I had dealt with a number of them and was very dissatisfied. Unlike these other “specialists”, Keith will work very hard for you and get you the results that you expect. Thanks Keith.
