About Bayside

The community of Bayside is a large community that is made of smaller enclaves on Fisher Island. This neighborhood is gated with a guard, golf course, handball court, tennis courts, biking/hiking trails, boat facilities, pool table, clubhouse, swimming pool, and private beach. The Bayside HOA fees range from $1,500 monthly to $6,000 per month.

Fisher Island is the epitome of privacy and security. The island is not accessible by car. There is a ferry that shuttles people (and their vehicles) to and from the island. There are only 226 residences on the island community. There is an elementary school on the island, but students are transported to the mainland of Florida for middle school and high school.
