Five stars are not enough!! I can't imagine why an even slightly computer savvy seller would NOT use ADDvantage Realty. While I'm sure my situation is not typical, I received a full asking price offer two days after listing and saved more than $7000 over a traditional listing. Before selling, I received a personal call from Keith Gordon who reviewed the listing with me and offered additional services. Although I didn't need help, it was great to know so much help was available.

ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS service reviewOK - I must admit I was skeptical......but WOW....to have a listing in the MLS, and a bunch of other Real Estate sites. Then for just a few dollars more - have my own agent schedule all appointments,negotiate with the buyer,prequalify the buyers, setup the title closing.....it was FANTASTIC!! If you were worried like me about the cost of all those commissions being paid - do NOT go the "Buy Owner" route. My friends did and they still have their homes for sale - whereas I had at least a dozen showings - three offers and had a contract in a few weeks. The sale closing took longer than expected - and the buyers raised every problem conceivable (Appraisal issues, A/C issues, Radon Gas, roof, and on and on...) - but Keith (my agent) walked me through it all and we finally closed a week later than planned......it all ended up working out GREAT........Keith was worth EVERY DOLLAR!!!

ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS service reviewWe tried several different FSBO companies with no luck. When we were contacted by Keith Gordon, we thought this was just another one of those companies that would take your money, but do nothing for you. We were wrong! Erin Knorr spend a lot of time on the phone with us helping to get our listing set up. Keith delivered a yard sign and a lockbox to our house. Within a week after listing with ADDvantage, we had a contract on our house.
