Altru was a great alternative to hiring a full service broker. Keith and his team were excellent! I was in a situation where I had the newest house, with many upgrades, in an older neighborhood. We knew the appraisal would fall below the asking price. Keith was able to negotiate the appraisal shortfall and close the deal at a selling price that I and the buyer were both happy with.
