With a population of a little more than than 50 residents, Terrace Hill offers 3 to 7 bedroom homes built in the 1960s and 1970s.

Located just south of Fowler Avenue and north of Temple Terrace Highway, travel easily from Terrace Hill to Florida College, the Temple Terrace area, Riverhills Park and the University of South Florida. I-75 is just minutes from Terrace Hill.
