About St Tropez At Harbour Island

St Tropez At Harbour Island are waterfront townhome residences on Harbour Island, South Tampa. These three story contemporary waterfront townhomes are nestled in an enclave on Abbey's Way. They were built in 2000 with vistas of Seddon Channel and Harbour Island Playground.

St Tropez At Harbour Island Townhomes are beautifully designed in Mediterranean overtones which include 10' ceiling, 8' wood doors, spacious balcony and breathtaking water views. Each townhome has a private courtyard with lush tropical landscaping.

St. Tropez has a heated pool, spa and a dock which extends into Seddon Channel, providing deep water boating and access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf.

Driving Directions for the St. Tropez are: From downtown or Bayshore take S. Franklin St onto Harbour Island (which becomes Harbour Island Blvd). Go through security, then right.

HOA is about $636 monthly.

Harbour Island is a prestigious master planned gated development nestled on a private island oasis in South Tampa consisting of condos, townhomes and single family architectural masterpieces. Condos in Harbour Island start in the low $200Ks while other waterfront homes such as Harbour Place sell for over $5 million. The Point at Harbour Island is on the tip of Harbour Island with the main street being Renaissance Way.

Harbour Island is connected to Downtown Tampa by two bridges. At the entrance to Harbour Island is the Harbour Island Athletic Club, restaurants, Channelside, The St. Pete Times forum, and the Tampa Aquarium.

Schools in the Harbour Island district are Gorrie Elementary, Wilson Jr High, and Plant High School.

Harbour Island was first known as Seddon Island named after W. L. Seddon, a railroad engineer. In 1979 Harbour Island was purchased by The Beneficial Corp. It wasn't until 1990 that Harbour Island finally gained the needed momentum to become South Tampa's premier place to live. First came Port Royal, then St. Tropez, The Keys and Harbour Side Townhomes.

The first Home Owners Association created on Harbour Island was the Harbour Island Community Services Association, Inc. (HICSA) which is today the master association for the entire development. There are 3 sub-districts in Harbour Island known as North Neighborhood Association, the South Neighborhood Association and the Piazza Neighborhood Association (commercial).

The South Neighborhood Association (NSD) manages the access for all residents and guests. The South Neighborhood Association is strictly residential with control over two condominium communities, four townhome communities, four single family home communities, and the marina.

The North Neighborhood Association (NNA) is a mixed use neighborhood district, with both businesses and neighborhood associations sharing this district. There is one apartment community, seven condominium or townhome communities, businesses and office complexes.

Why buy a home through ADDvantage?

Buyers and sellers throughout Florida trust ADDvantage® and it's affiliated agents. We make finding a house in Florida swift and easy on our popular website Our site contains homes for sale by owner and MLS listed properties from many areas of Florida.

Our agents pay attention to every detail about your important purchase. The type of contract that you use to make an offer is important. Our agents will advise you on whether an "As-Is" contract is better way to make an offer versus a contract with repair limits. There is a vast difference. For example, an "As-Is" contract allows a buyer to nullify the contract for any reason once inspected. Where a contract calls for repair limits of 1.5% of the sales price to discuss and negotiate inspection related "warranted" repair items. This type of contract is not as easy to escape. The term "warranted" opens the door for possible conversations that may not be in the best interest of a buyer. Your agent can best determine which type of contract best suits your needs.

Our number one priority is your purchase and getting the most for your money. Each agent that works with ADDvantage® has buyer skills that are exceptional, has demonstrated their professionalism through work ethic, real estate contract knowledge and excellent local knowledge. Awesome all around!

ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS service review
Altru was a great alternative to hiring a full service broker. Keith and his team were excellent! I was in a situation where I had the newest house, with many upgrades, in an older neighborhood. We knew the appraisal would fall below the asking price. Keith was able to negotiate the appraisal shortfall and close the deal at a selling price that I and the buyer were both happy with. A true “win, win”! Overall it was a pleasant experience and I was completely satisfied with his team. I would definitely recommend them to a family member or a friend!
