About Carrollwood Crossing
Matt Jetton was the developer of Carrollwood, now recognized as the heart of Tampa residential community. Carrollwood is 325 seven miles north of the City of Tampa. The University of South Florida campus is ten miles due east. Because of this, many prestigious professors and administrators choose Carrollwood including John and Mary Allen, USF's first president.
Soon, Carrollwood became Tampa premier family communities. Carrollwood was ahead of its time offering amenities including air conditioned housing, a planned school, neighborhood parks, lake access for all residents and a concierge handy man for repair services. It was the first planned community in Tampa that features winding roads, many cul-de-sacs and lake views.
Carrollwood Village is an unincorporated community located in Hillsborough County, Florida. It is part of Carrollwood but is known as a separate community. The boundaries of Carrollwood Village include Gunn Highway to the south, Dale Maybry Highway to the east, Northdale to the north, and Citrus Park to the west.
Looking for a Realtor to help you buy a home?
Buyers and sellers throughout Florida trust GetMoreOffers® and it's affiliated agents. We make finding a house in Florida fast and effortless on our popular website GetMoreOffers.com. Our site contains homes for sale by owner and MLS listed properties from many areas of Florida.
Our agents pay attention to every detail about your significant purchase. The type of contract that you use to make an offer is important. Our agents will advise you on whether an "As-Is" contract is better way to make an offer versus a contract with repair limits. There is a huge difference. For example, an "As-Is" contract allows a buyer to escape the contract for any reason once inspected. Where a contract calls for repair limits of 1.5% of the sales price to discuss and negotiate inspection related "warranted" repair items. This type of contract is not as easy to escape. The term "warranted" opens the door for possible conversations that may not be in the best interest of a buyer. Your agent can best determine which type of contract best suits your needs.
Our number one priority is your purchase and getting the most for your money. Each agent that works with GetMoreOffers® has buyer skills that are exceptional, has demonstrated their professionalism through work ethic, real estate contract knowledge and excellent local knowledge. GetMoreOffers® authorized brokers hold MLS board memberships in most Florida cities.
