About Carrollwood Area
Matt Jetton was the developer of Carrollwood, now recognized as the heart of Tampa residential community. Carrollwood is 325 seven miles north of the City of Tampa. Carrollwood Village is an unincorporated community located in Hillsborough County, Florida. It is part of Carrollwood but is known as a separate community. The boundaries of Carrollwood Village include Gunn Highway to the south, Dale Maybry Highway to the east, Northdale to the north, and Citrus Park to the west.
