We again have experienced a sale well in advance of competing properties for sale near our home. We also received an ofer close to our asking price. The icing on the cake is a savings of amost $18,000.00 since we only paid the sellers broker 2.5% and ADDvantage a rate of .75% for a 3.25% total round turn. This is or second experience with Keith Gordon in two years both with outstanding results! Why would anyone try any other Realtor??
