Timber Pines also offers its residents attached and detached villas. Most villas in Timber Pines are attached units with 2-4 other units. Residents choosing one of Timber Pines Villas are charged an additional maintenance fee to cover all property maintenance such as the cost of lawn mowing, landscape upkeep, fertilizing, pest control on lawns and the exterior painting of the villas. Most villas have a screened in Florida Room and come in different floor plans including Magnolia, Pinecrest and Oakwood.
