Through ADDvantage Real Estate, we listed and closed on our Florida property in about 5 weeks. Staff members were helpful and friendly, responding to our needs in a timely and professional manner. It was apparent that customer service is a priority. An area that could be improved is the information on the various forms that the seller is required to provide the buyer. As well, buyers' agents were given the mistaken impression from the listing that the buyer could not select the title company.
