Do not list "MLS by Owner" only. Do hire a certified stager, and get professional photos - put your home on the market with the greatest possible opportunity. Then let Keith and his Team "get the deal done". We saved over $10,000 AND had a PROFESSIONAL NEGOTIATION. That is a win-win!!!
