Once you list your home, give it 24-48 hours for their system to start working and it'll get rolling! As a word of advice to those who list your home with ADDvantage, use Roxanne as your title company and secondly, you need to put some work into selling your home such as making it presentable for selling condition. It'll happen, I learned a lot through this process and these guys are great!!
