Turn left onto US-41 S/Tamiami Trail N and turn right onto Gulf Park Dr. Continue to Pelican Bay Blvd and turn right onto Pelican Bay Blvd. Turn right and go one block North to the entrance gatehouse for Crown Colony. Guard at gate must be notified in advance and will direct you to guest parking for St. Kitts.

I did have a real estate background so I opted to use ADDvantage Real Estate flat fee Services. The process was easy and the staff was very helpful when questions arose. I would suggest using their sign rather than For Sale By Owner sign because it appears more professional and does not distract the buyer's agent.
