Turn left onto US-41 S/Tamiami Trail N and turn right onto Gulf Park Dr. Continue to Pelican Bay Blvd and turn right onto Pelican Bay Blvd. Turn right and go one block North to the entrance gatehouse for Crown Colony. Guard at gate must be notified in advance and will direct you to guest parking for St. Kitts.

This is the 1st time I have ever used a site like this. I realized after signing it takes a little longer than expected to set up all the info do to my lack of knowledge of just what a realtor needs to set up MLS listing and other sites. This could be quick for others that are more prepared. Once that was done it was very easy to use the web site and its services. Over all I would use there site again and recommend to others. The savings and control alone is worth it. The price for the service was very fair.
