Advantage real estate was a great experience and effective way to sell our house. We maintained control acting as the listing agent and had very good exposure to the market. The only draw back was the selling agent transaction fee of $199. Many agents really were upset and did not feel this was fair. Because of this I would select another flat fee realty co. which did not assign this fee. With kind regards, Richard Apple
