Sugarmill Woods is a deed-restricted planned Greenbelt community at the southwest tip of Citrus County.
Designed and built to accommodate the natural environment of the area, this 6,000-acre community is comprised of four "villages": Cypress Village, Oak Village North, Oak Village South, and Southern Woods. Each neighborhood village offers its residents spectacular views of thick forested Greenbelt or meticulously kept fairways.

While the cost is a little higher than some other advertised rates for similar, I keep coming back because there is always a live person to answer the phone, a quick call back and very knowledgeable, experienced and responsive persons handling the process.
