Ok here's the deal. I originally went with Getmoreoffers looking for a FSBO package. The signup was easy, and afterwards Keith Gordon called me up regarding their Platinum Pro package. I am a skeptic by nature however Keith (and the references he gave me) convinced me to go with this option. GOOD CALL! All I had to do was show the home. All the other calls, scheduling and negotiation was done by Keith and his excellent staff. The entire team was very responsive and professional and Keith's pricing advice was spot on. We sold for cash and the closing was perfectly smooth. Can't say enough about their service. Oh and I saved many thousands in commission over a traditional listing agent ;-). Thanks guys!
