You decide. I am not unfamiliar with the process of selling a house. For a person who comes to understand the process of selling in your locality and understands how to present your property to a variety of buyers and does a REASONABLE assessment of competing properties, a listing agent getting 3 to 3.5% makes no sense. Using this service and offering the selling realtor a commission sure worked for me. I had previously used a regular listing realtor who pretty much did nothing more than what this flat fee listing real estate agency did. She did not sell it. To be fair, there are other variables, but it sold quickly with this flat fee agency and got good response from the real estate community while it was for sale.
