ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS service reviewThis flat fee firm is the most professional that I have used. They make sure your MLS listing is listed in the county where your property is. Other firms did not have memberships in various counties and would list your property in a county where they held membership, but different from where your property is located and they do not disclose this to you. I sold my property quickly and had a lot of response from realtors. USE THEM. You won't be sorry
