About Capstone Quarters

Looking for a Realtor to help you buy a home?

Buyers and sellers throughout Florida trust GetMoreOffers® and it's affiliated agents. We make searching for a home in Florida swift and easy on our popular website GetMoreOffers.com. Our site contains homes for sale by owner and MLS listed properties from many areas of Florida.

Our agents pay attention to every detail about your significant purchase. The type of contract that you use to make an offer is important. Our agents will advise you on whether an "As-Is" contract is better way to make an offer versus a contract with repair limits. There is a huge difference. For example, an "As-Is" contract allows a buyer to nullify the contract for any reason once inspected. Where a contract calls for repair limits of 1.5% of the sales price to discuss and negotiate inspection related "warranted" repair items. This type of contract is not as easy to escape. The term "warranted" opens the door for possible conversations that may not be in the best interest of a buyer. Your agent can best determine which type of contract best suits your needs.

Our number one priority is your purchase and getting the most for your money. Each agent that works with GetMoreOffers® has buyer skills that are exceptional, has demonstrated their professionalism through work ethic, real estate contract knowledge and excellent local knowledge. GetMoreOffers® authorized brokers hold MLS board memberships in most Florida cities.

Why Sell your home through GetMoreOffers.com? Because our FSBO listing plans save Florida by owners at least 50% in commissions.

ADDvantage® is an advocate of buyers and sellers. Our website, GetMoreOffers.com, is recognized as one of Florida's most popular discount MLS listing services. Sellers throughout Florida can list their homes by owner through our flat fee MLS listing plan or use our deeply discounted full-service MLS listing plans such as Professional ADDvantage™.

Listing on MLS was truly the right way to go to sell our home and the GetMoreOffers site was a good option for us. Once the listing was setup, it was easy to manage through their interface. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed like there was a delay in sending out our sign so that Keith could call us and try to up-sell us on the Altru service. We didn't wind up using Altru; however, I did appreciate his advice in lowering the buyer's agent's commission rate from 3.0% to 2.5% which saved us about $1,500 at closing. Using GetMoreOffers is a good idea for business-minded individuals that don't mind dealing directly with the buyer's agent (or buyer, if you lucky enough to have this). My comparison after selling a house with a realtor representing me (and paying them 3% to do this) vs. using GetMoreOffers, I felt like I still wound up doing the same amount of work aside from running my own open houses (which I was perfectly capable of doing). The only difference was that instead of providing documents and information to my realtor who then passed it along to the buyer's agent, I was dealing directly with the buyer's agent. At the end of the transaction, my wife and I saved over $8,500.
