Northwestern Dade Assoc. of Realtors
This Association is located at 415 West 51st Place, Hialeah, FL 33012. As known as Miami-Dade County, Dade County is the eighth most popular place in the United States. Created on January 18, 1836, the county was named after Major Francis L. Dade. When Dade County was created it encompassed what is now Palm Beach County, Broward County, as far south as Bahia Honda Key in the Florida Keys. Miami Lakes is an beautiful town in Northwest Dade County. Miami Lakes is called home by notable celebrities, such as Vanilla Ice, Senator Bob Graham, and NBA Pro Steve Blake. The land that Miami Lakes sits on was once owned by Florida State Senator Ernest Graham and a portion of the land is still currently owned by the Graham Family. Aventura is also located in the Northern part of Dade County. Aventura is home to the Aventura Mall - a high-end mall currently owned by the Simon Property Group. The town is 15 minutes from two main South Florida airports, Miami International and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

The Realtor Association of Greater Miami an the Beaches is located at 700 South Royal Poinciana Blvd, Blvd 400, Miami, FL 33166. For its members, the association automatically translates MLS listings into 11 languages for no charge. The Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County has 3 offices to support its 13,000+ real estate professionals. There is an office at 245 Alcazar Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134; 801 S. University Drive, M104, Plantation, FL 33324; and 11900 Biscayne Blvd #100, North Miami, FL 33181. Miami-Dade is the only metropolitan area in the United States that borders two national parks; Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park. According to the US Census Bureau's list of the 100 most populous counties; Miami-Dade County is number 8. In 1997, voters changed the name of the county from Dade to Miami-Dade to acknowledge the international name recognition of Miami. South Broward Board of Realtors
This board has been through several name changes since its charter on June 22, 1925. The original name was the Hollywood Board of Realtors®. Today, the name is now the South Broward Board of Realtors and its home is 701 Promenade Drive in Pembroke Pines, FL. Fort Lauderdale is Broward's county seat and according to the US Census Bureau's list of the 100 most populous counties; Broward County is number 16. Broward County was created in 1915 after the Governor of Florida from 1905-1909, Napoleon Bonaparte Broward. It is home to several notable points of interests; from the International Swimming Hall of Fame, the International Game Fish Association, and Butterfly World. Pompano Beach is where America's largest indoor flea market "Festival Flea Market Mall.
