About Pembroke Pines

Miramar, Hollywood, Cooper City are all neighboring cities. Population is just over 150,000 which makes Pembroke Pines Florida’s ninth’s largest city and Broward County’s second largest, next to Ft. Lauderdale.

Florida International University, Barry University and the Broward Community College both make Pembroke Pines their home.

The Florida Everglades borders the west side of Pembroke Pines and acts as a natural barrier to expansion.
The City more than doubled in population between 1990 and 2005. While this was in part, due to the expansion in 1980 that doubled the actual size of the city, the growth is also largely a result of Hurricane Andrew when thousands of Miami residents moved to Broward County. Due to the lack of preparation for the huge population growth, the Pembroke Pines school system had problems with overcrowding so the mayor of the city started a Charter School System which became the largest in the county in 2006.

Client Testimonials from Sellers in Broward county, FL

The ADDvantage team was terrific to work with; friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and ALWAYS available!! I am thankful that I moved up to ADDvantage Plus - Keith was with me every step of the way through my closing and made the entire process painless!! I saved a great deal of money in commission and always felt like I had an expert in my corner. A great many thanks to Leiren, Erin, and Keith!
-T. Hogan     Fort Lauderdale, FL

Get listed on the MLS, control your commission to the selling agent, still be able to sell by owner and possibly pay no commission; definitely save 2-3% comission from the listing agent that usually doesn't even sell your home, but pockets your comission. Addvantage is a real money saver, and gives plenty of seller flexibility.
-Rick Weaver     Cooper City, FL

Thank you for all your hard work, your excellent service and knowledge made this a smooth and painless transaction. I look forward to working with you again. Thank you,
-Andre Campbell     Lauderhill, FL
