About Jacksonville
Jacksonville is the largest city in land area in the contiguous United States. The St. Johns River divides the city while its tributary, The Trout River, lies entirely within in the city. By far, the military is the largest employer in Jacksonville. Home to three military facilities, Jacksonville is the third largest military presence in the country.
