Valley Hi is a community between Conifer and Evergreen on Highway 73. The homes come on lots that are approximately an acre and are surrounded by pine trees and mountain vistas. The community is next to the Flying J Ranch Park. Valley Hi residents are zoned for Marshdale Elementary School, West Jefferson Middle School, and Conifer High School.
