Richmond Hill is a community located just west of Reynold’s Park and southwest of downtown Conifer. The community is composed of a mix of newer and older large custom built homes. The community is horse friendly, with many of the homes having horse facilities. Richmond Hill is zoned for Elk Creek Elementary, West Jefferson Middle School, and Conifer High School.
